Question about the soccer odds

So correct me if I'm wrong... not too experienced betting on soccer. For the knockout round of the games, there are no draws right? If not, why do they still have "draw" as one of the possible outcomes for the games? Like USA's game Saturday is:

USA +155
Draw +210
Ghana +190

How can there be a draw? Or does that just mean in regulation time?

It is just for regulation time. If a game goes into extra time, it is considered a draw for betting purposes.
